Design Build Projects

Building Assessment Group, Inc. has the capability and the resources to provide electrical engineering and design.  With over 25 years of experience designing commercial and industrial projects, with significant experience in high-rise office design, hotel/motels, hospital/medical facilities, computer facilities, telecommunications and electrical design.

Project Accountability/Risk Management

Established and accepted AIA Documents in Project Documentation, providing a Schedule of Values, including, but not limited to: budget and actual cost runs.  The stewardship of Building Assessment Group, Inc. shall be an example of “Management with Accountability.”  Risk Management will be provided with each individual project showing Certification of proper insurance with both the property and Client, as needed.
